Community and well-being are at the heart of what we do, and we decline projects that don’t align with our values. During the week, we work on client projects, but on Fridays we gather at the office to share experiences and gain new perspectives.
Every other month, we dedicate two days to open source projects, combining fun with creating solutions that contribute to society.

Work at Etimo
Working at Etimo means that you are our most important resource, and we make sure you are assigned to projects where you thrive. You’ll have a personal mentor to discuss ideas, questions, and techniques with, and who helps you grow in your role. Ten percent of your working time is dedicated to professional development, and we have a flat organization with short decision-making paths and high transparency.
We offer a clear career path that you can influence yourself, and you also have the opportunity for partial ownership. The entire company is owned by senior employees. The work environment is varied, with time spent both in-house and at client sites.
Every Friday, the whole team gathers to share experiences, knowledge, and inspiration. We also make sure to have fun together, for example, playing Mario Kart in our lounge. Our work is guided by our core values: competence, openness, and societal impact.
